William was born August 1, 1840 in the Tennessee Valley
of Macon Co., NC a son of George Washington CRAWFORD, Jr. and Lurana MOORE.
On December
9, 1866 he married Emma Elizabeth ADDINGTON, dtr of Amy Eliza ADDINGTON and
grand-daughter of March ADDINGTON, Sr. and Sarah MOORE of Union Co., GA.
They had the following children:

Fannin Co., GA m. Georgianne Vandora 'Dora' BROCK dtr/o John Newell BROCK
and Mattie HEDDEN. They had 7 children.

George Mangum "Gum" b. 1874 d. Apr 1925 in Fresno, CA. He
married Edith P. SCOTT on Feb 8, 1898 in Fresno, dtr/o Carlton C. and Myra
SCOTT of Fresno, CA. They had 6 children.

Thomas H. b. 8/5/1878 and d. 5/16/1965 in
Fannin Co., GA. He married Isabella M. "Bell" BUTT on 6/29/1900 in
Blue Ridge, GA. They had 4 children before she died on March 18, 1908
and was buried at Morganton Meth Ch Cem., Fannin Co., GA. He then
married Lillian G. PARHAM on 6/19/1909 in Blue Ridge and they had one child
before she died Sep 13, 1933. He then married Gurtha RIPPLY.
Thomas is buried at Chastain Mem. Park Cem., Blue Ridge, Fannin Co., GA.

Muscogee Co., GA. She married Octie Eugene WHITE on Oct 24, 1900 in
Dublin, GA. They had 6 children

Hankinson, Sr. b. 1/19/1883 d. 1/19/1966 in Blue Ridge, Fannin Co., GA.
He married on Apr 12, 1903 in Blue Ridge Cora Ethel RUSSELL dtr/o John
Pickett RUSSELL and Lula Dean MURPHY. They had 10 children.
Oscar married 2nd to Medley Leona BOWERS - ROBERTS [1st wife of
Arthur ROBERTS of Polk Co., TN] and moved to
Jacksonville, FL just before The Depression where he worked for the Railroad
Express. Medley died of cancer in 1952 and Oscar moved back to Blue
Ridge where he lived with his sister, Faye, until his death. Oscar and
Ethel are buried at Chastain Mem. Park Cem., Blue Ridge, Fannin Co., GA.

his later years as a Baliff at the Courthouse in Blue Ridge. He died July
6, 1893 in Polk Co., TN.
